The required documents vary from country to country but mainly two types of documents are required such as Demand Letter, Employment’s Contract, Power of Attorney, Inter Party Agreement. The following documents are required to meet the formality of the Government of Nepal.
A. Documents required for the Saudi Arabia
1. Demand Letter
Should be addresses to Evergreen Employment Pvt. Ltd. Mentioning the number of workers required in each category with salary, accommodation and other benefits to the workers.
2. Power of Attorney
Authorizing Evergreen Employment Pvt. Ltd., Kathmandu, Nepal to be true and lawful attorney and agent (attached sample)
3. Authority Letter (Consular Letter)
Should be addressed to His Excellency “The Consular” Saudi Arabia in Dhaka, Bangladesh authorizing Evergreen Manpower, Kathmandu, Nepal to be true and lawful attorney and agent
4. Visa Slip (Bank Deposit Slip)
The original visa slip is required, if block visa only. In case of multiple blocks visa photocopies are acceptable
5. C. R. Copy
One photocopy only
6. Employment Agreement
One copy each signed and stamped by the sponsor.
B. For other countries
1. Demand Letter
Addressed to Evergreen Employment Pvt. Ltd., mentioning the number of workers required in each category with salary, accommodation and other benefits to the workers.
2. Power of Attorney
Authorizing Evergreen Employment Pvt. Ltd., Kathmandu, Nepal, to be true and lawful attorney and agent (attached sample)
3. Employment Agreement
One copy each signed and stamped by the sponsor.
4. Agency Agreement
In order to provide manpower service to our clients / agents, we follow the following procedure to meet our client’s requirements. Evergreen Employment Pvt. Ltd., screens the short-listed
candidates by pre-interview.
Employers make their own selection of workers who are already pre-interviewed by Evergreen Employment Pvt. Ltd. If the company wishes to choose the employees directly via Video Conference, such facility is also available.
5. Guarantee Letter
Guarantee letter is written to the Director General, Government of Nepal, Department of Labour & Employment Promotion. This letter guaranteed to recruit the mentioned country and company but not to others.
